Meet Our Team
Andrew Armour (Co-Founder and President) – Andrew co-founded ITAD Tech in 2014 and served as an Enterprise Account Executive until acquiring ITAD Tech in August of 2020. Andrew led the company in sales each year since its inception by differentiating his solutions and creating ROI for a loyal customer base. He engineers ITAD solutions that fit enterprise customer needs and delivers the best customer experience through his passion for internal execution. Andrew currently sits on the M3HC Board of Directors and is the acting chairman.
Andrew graduated with a BBA in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids (Ansley Grace 6, Emery 5, and Anderson 1). He also enjoys watching his Auburn Tigers play on Saturdays.
Benjamin Howell (VP of Sales) – Benjamin Howell joined ITAD Tech in August 2020 as a Principal and VP of Sales.
Benjamin has more than 18 years of experience in IT Sales, beginning in 2005 as an IBM hardware broker at Canvas Systems, LLC. Canvas Systems was acquired by Avnet, and then Tech Data, where Benjamin continued his sales role focusing on selling hardware and services to strategic accounts globally. Benjamin has spent the past 2 years at Corus360, a Converge Company, as an executive account manager where he has helped Fortune 500 companies solve business problems through technology, people, and resiliency. Ben also sits on the Board of Directors for M3HC.
Benjamin graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
In his free time, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his wife, coaching his 3 young boys’ sports teams, and playing golf & tennis.
Brian Loden (Director of Outbound Sales) – Brian joined ITAD Tech in 2021 bringing with him 15 years of asset disposition sales experience. Brian has made a reputation for himself in the industry as an expert in the secondary IT hardware market. He thrives in a fast-paced environment while orchestrating ITAD’s larger plan of maximizing ROI for its customer base.
In his spare time, Brian is known to be on the podiums of pickleball tournaments all around the country.
Stephanie Stanley (Executive Administrative Assistant) – Stephanie joined the ITAD Tech team as the Executive Administrative Assistant in February 2022. Stephanie brings with her several years of Administrative and office management experience. In this role Stephanie will support the owners and Directors in various areas. Stephanie is excited to be part of growing and thriving company.
In her spare time Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family (husband and 3 children and a grandson), exercising and being outdoors.
Kenny Moss (Director of Operations) – Kenny has been with ITAD Tech since 2018. He brings 29 years of experience in sales/operations providing new and refurbished computer parts to service companies and self-maintainers. He brings 6 years of experience in operations providing asset disposition to Fortune 500 Companies. His skill set and understanding of both Operations and Sales is second to none in the industry. Kenny also heads up ITAD Tech’s e-commerce team.
In his free time, Kenny is passionate about his family and friends as well as being an avid outdoorsman.
Jeff Robinson (Director of Compliance) – Jeff has been with ITAD Tech since the beginning of 2014. He brings 32 years of Distribution experience as well as 9 years now in Compliance. Jeff has extensive knowledge of our certifications and has been valuable in leading our compliance efforts.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and taking on home improvement projects.
Fred Chuo (Finance & Accounting Controller) – Fred has been with ITAD Tech since 2016. His skill set in leading our Finance and Accounting team has made every other part of our business better. Fred has a knack for finding areas to reduce cost and creating backend margins for ITAD Tech. Fred also serves ITAD Tech as the EH&S representative.
In his free time, he enjoys playing chess and listening to Jazz/Classical music.
Dillon McLaughlin (Tech Manager) – Dillon joined ITAD Tech in 2017 and brought with him 6 years of working in the IT and ITAD industry and extensive knowledge in multiple product lines. He has extensive product knowledge across multiple OEMs. Dillon has helped grow the operations of the company as well as implement processes and procedures to help streamline the receiving, testing, and shipping of equipment.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball. He also serves as the Commissioner of the ITAD Fantasy Football League.
