Very large items like server racks or bulk quantities (10+ devices) from single locations are better suited for traditional pallet pickup. Yes, that's exactly what it's designed for. We ship box kits directly to employee home addresses. They pack the device following our instructions and drop it at any carrier location or schedule pickup. This is particularly useful for remote employee terminations or work-from-home equipment refreshes where coordinating local pickups would be impractical.

While rare due to our quality packing materials, shipping damage occasionally occurs. Damaged devices still receive complete data destruction—our security protocols don't change based on physical condition. You'll receive certificate of destruction regardless of device state upon arrival. If damage prevents data sanitization, devices go to physical destruction. Our insurance covers carrier damage for liability purposes.

Each box kit includes a unique identifier linked to your portal account. When requesting boxes, you can specify employee name, asset tag, serial number, or other identifiers in the request. This information stays with the box throughout processing. Your portal shows exactly which devices were returned, when they arrived, and their final disposition—perfect for closing asset tracking records and employee off-boarding.
