Purchase Terms

Unless otherwise specified in writing ITAD Tech assumes the following when purchasing equipment.

  • Warranty/RMA period of 30 days.
  • Payment terms may vary customer to customer but are clearly communicated.
  • All hardware conditions are noted on invoices and sanitized of data.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided throughout the process by reps.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to us.
  • Software installed on used equipment may not come with a manufacturer’s license, and it shall be ITAD Tech‘s responsibility to contact the manufacturer to determine the licensing requirements applicable to any used equipment purchased from our customer.
  • ITAD Tech will set up shipping on wholesale orders. ITAD Tech is not liable for any damage incurred in transit due to poor packaging.
  • Any freight insurance is our responsibility if shipped on our account.

Sales Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specified in writing ITAD Tech abides by the following when selling equipment.

  • Warranty/RMA period of 30 days.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
  • All hardware conditions are noted on invoices and sanitized of data.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided throughout the process by our reps.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
  • Software installed on used equipment may not come with a manufacturer’s license, and it shall be the Customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer to determine the licensing requirements applicable to any used equipment purchased from ITAD Tech.
  • Cancelled orders, returns, and payment gross negligence are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to set up shipping for wholesale orders. ITAD Tech is not liable for the damage done in transit.
  • Any freight insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • ITAD Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our products or services.
